All the following terms and conditions apply to all clients that use services provided by BabaCric. Every user has to follow the rules stated as they serve as an agreement between the bookmaker and the client. As soon as the client/user creates an account on the platform, they confirm that they have read as well as agree to all terms and conditions stated below as well as claim that they are legally allowed to use all services provided by BabaCric. In case the user/client disagrees with terms&conditions below, they should stop using the services provided by BabaCric, as well as delete their account and mobile app from the device.

Restrictions on use

All restrictions on the usage of the material and content on the BabaCric platform by the user/client are specified below. Keep in mind that breaking any of the following restrictions will lead to the account of the client being banned.

As long as this wasn’t permitted by the authorized personnel, the user/client shouldn’t modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way material and content that can be found on the BabaCric platform. This includes code lines and structure of the website/app, as well as all software that is used on it.

After reading this page on the BabaCric website or mobile app for the very first time, the client automatically agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions hereof. The right to use the BabaCric platform belongs to the user/client and does not apply to any other person or entity no matter what. The user/client is responsible for all actions committed via the Personal Account of the client (under any screen name or password) and for guaranteeing that all actions done with the Personal Account fully comply with all the rules and conditions of this Agreement. The user is the one accountable for protecting and safeguarding the confidentiality of the Subscriber’s password(s) and takes full responsibility if it was lost due to careless behavior.

The BabaCric has the right to change or discontinue any service or feature of the BabaCric platform, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and requirements for the devices that are needed for access or usage of the platform at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranty: Limitation of Liability

The client fully agrees that they are using this platform at the sole risk of the client themself. Neither the Company, its affiliates nor any of their respective employees, agents, third-party content providers, or licensors guarantee that all services provided will be uninterrupted and devoid of errors and issues. Company and all other related do not guarantee that the results that may be obtained from the usage of the platform will benefit the client in any way or form. The BabaCric does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, and truthfulness of any content, information, service, or merchandise that can be accessed via the platform.

Terms & Conditions

As soon as the user/client downloads or starts using the app all terms and conditions stated below will apply to them, which is why you have to carefully read and memorize them before you start. No user/client has the right to in any way copy, change, or modify the app, or any part of it. The same statement applies to the trademarks of the company. Users are prohibited from trying to extract the source code of the app, they also shouldn’t make attempts to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app and everything related to it, such as all the trademarks, copyrighted material, database rights, and other intellectual property rights belong to the BabaCric platform. If users/clients are found to be illegally using anything mentioned above, BabaCric will ban the account and, depending on the details of the situation, take it to court.

The BabaCric platform is committed to ensuring that the app is as functional and efficient as possible. For that reason, the company reserves the right to make changes, adjustments, or modifications to the app or its services, at any time and for any reason, BabaCric deems fit. Keep in mind, however, that the company will never charge users/clients for the app or services available via it without explaining to them exactly what they are asked to pay for.

Analysis & News app of the BabaCric stores and processes personal data that users have provided to us, in order to provide services of the company. It is the responsibility of the users/clients to keep the device and the app in it secure from malicious malware or interference. Hence, BabaCric recommends that clients/users do not jailbreak or root their devices, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of the device. Users/clients should keep in mind that all actions that go against the arrangements of the developers of their OS can make their phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs and compromise your phone’s security features. This, in turn, will mean that the Analysis & News app of the BabaCric won’t work as it was supposed to.

Take note, that the app of BabaCric does use third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions.

As it is vital to know about the terms and conditions of the service you use, clients/users should read all information that can be accessed from the links below.

BabaCric reserves the right to stop providing the app or parts of the services present in it and may terminate the client’s use of it at any time without giving any prior notice. Unless stated otherwise, upon the termination of usage, clients/users are obligated to stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from the devices. At the same time, the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms&conditions will no longer apply.

Clarification of the Responsibilities

BabaCric doesn’t take responsibility for the results of actions that go against the terms and conditions. The company is also not responsible for any charges that are made by the provider of the internet when clients use the Analysis & News app. Keep in mind that for the intended use of the BabaCric app, users do need to have access to a stable internet connection.

Changes that are made in the Terms&Conditions of third-party services are not related to the company in any way and therefore BabaCric doesn’t take the responsibility for the actions of the mentioned parties. Keep in mind, that users/clients should periodically review the Terms&Conditions pages of the third parties to find new rules and to avoid breaking any clauses.

BabaCric will periodically update the app. Analysis & News app is currently available for Android devices and while the requirements for this OS, and for any additional OS BabaCric might decide to extend the availability of the app to in the future, may change, and users/clients will need to manually download the updates to continue using Analysis & News app. BabaCric does not guarantee that all updates of the app will be relevant and accessible from the device and/or with the Android version that the client/user currently has. Nevertheless, all users/clients are obligated to accept all updates to the application when offered in order to have the right to use the Analysis & News app of BabaCric.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

BabaCric reserves the right to update, change or modify the Terms and Conditions at any moment. Users/clients that make use of the Analysis & News app should periodically visit this page to check for any changes and modifications. All information related to the Terms&Condotions is available for all users/clients on the official website and app of the company.
